We are looking forward to meeting with you. Below is helpful information about payment, how to log on, and what to expect so your visit goes as smoothly as possible.

Payment

The total cost of your abortion visit is between $0 and $249, depending on financial assistance eligibility. Payment is due at the start of your appointment.

If you are worried about paying for your appointment, please visit this page to learn about financial assistance. We will also talk through your options during your visit. We are committed to helping you get the care you need.

Please have:

• A valid photo ID

• Your payment method ready

We accept:

• Debit cards

• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

• Gift cards

• Maryland and Illinois Medicaid

We are not able to accept:

• Cash App

• Digital cards

• Cards without a name on them

The name on the card must match your ID. If you plan to use someone else’s card, we will need:

• The cardholder's ID and a verbal authorization for us to charge it during the video visit.

• The cardholder can join the video visit even if they are in a different location from you.

Before your video visit

About 15 minutes before your appointment:

• Check that you can open the link we sent by email and text.

• You will only be able to access the link on the day of your appointment.

Your visit will:

• Start as close to your scheduled time as possible

• Take up to about one hour

• Require you to be physically located in the state where you scheduled

To help everything go smoothly:

• Be in a private place where you can focus

• Do not join while driving

• Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi

• Use a laptop, tablet, or computer if possible so you can electronically sign forms
